Amazing sea view from the balcony and excellent facilities. We chose this hotel as we enjoy a quiet environment and a nice view after activities and it was perfect. Great location with easy access to main road, while providing easy parking. Friendly staff gave us great recommendations and stayed in touch to make sure we are safe as we experienced sudden storms in the area. We will definitely choose it again if we visit the area!!

We love how the apartment is located in the center of Limeni village just a short walking distance to the beach. The host Nicoletta is so sweet and accommodating to the guest’s request.
We can't say enough great things about this rental! It was perfect for our family of six. The view from the villa was absolutely amazing and both Limeni and Areopoli were close to get to. Great recommendations from Michael for restaurants and places to go were truly appreciated. The outside area was a never ending path of plants, decks, and places to relax which made this place a perfect get away.
The villa is simply perfect. The apartment is very spacious, with everything you need and furnished down to the smallest detail and with good taste. From the terrace you enjoy a breathtaking view of the Limeni bay which can be reached by foot in a few minutes. Mr. Johannes is also a perfect host: very kind, very attentive and always available to give you advice. We will definitely be back!
Everything! The Villa was fully self contained with a fabulous terrace and was huge. The pool area was lovely with an incredible view. Just a short walk down the hill to the village for swimming and dining.

The view is amazing. The hotel is also making use of the view with a cafeteria on the roof. Also the balconies of the rooms are fantastic, with an amazing view. Beautiful sunsets. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable - with modern design. There is a short walk down to the village. Some staff were very nice, some were a bit rude.
Everything was perfect. Johannes is a great host and it has been a wonderful time thanks to his kindness and reactivity.
The little beach in the village is perfect for a quick swim and the infinity pool is just mind blowing, alongside with the view on the bay.
The design of the place is well thought of and everything is perfect, even in the smallest details.

The house is one of four villas set off the road that links Kardymili with Areopolis and the Deep Mani, it’s a 5 minute drive from Areopolis and less than that to Limeni. Well located to explore the area.
