Anna and Angelos have created a wonderful place to stay on the edge of Chora with a top quality feel to the construction, fixtures & fittings, bedding and decoration. With the renovation only being finished in July 2023, the spacious apartment felt like it was new and spotlessly clean. But more than that, the welcome and service throughout our stay made you feel like valued guests with the apartment being cleaned every other day and water & provisions being topped up. We fell in love with Kythnos and wish to return again in the future, and we will definitely want to stay at Falakis Apartments again. Thank you so much Anna and Angelos for a wonderful stay.

Exquisitely decorated and equipped rooms. Made of stone and wood, in harmony with the Cycladic scenery. Most of the woodwork is made by hand by the owner, Giannis, himself. The staff was very polite and helpful. Located just off Chora, there is a small road that leads to it, about 5-7min walk. Recommended

Excellent location 7 minutes drive from town and a supermarket. The views of the bay from the house are breathtaking and the beach never gets too busy it’s the perfect spot to unwind, relax and enjoy the island! It’s a 50meter walk to the beach and Mr Christos provides 2 beach chairs!
Aghios Stefanos church is a short walk Along the Coast and there are two great tavernas located in aghios Stefanos bay (4minute drive)!

The hostess was super friendly and helpful. She made us feel comfortable, explained the island's details and even kept our own stuff in her house when we asked for that. Position was amazing: Diana’s Luxury suites are gems right on the sea in a village where mass tourism hasn’t arrived yet. The room was super clean and full of any comfort you can think of. Michael and Artemis have been two unbelievably kind and friendly hosts. A vacation we’ll never forget!
The villa offered an undeniably stunning sunset view, a true highlight of the property. However, this positive aspect was overshadowed by a series of unfortunate incidents.
The location was superb, few minutes from the port, 15min from the main villages.
The room was spacious and very well decorated and equipped.
The pool was just outside of the room with very comfortable sun beds and umbrellas.
The views from the balcony were very nice as well as the hotel has great panoramic views.

The villa was really beautiful and spacious. The beds were super comfortable. In general the whole experience was amazing the pool, the view, the sunset everything. Plus is the free parking space. Alexios is a professional host, he was very friendly and gave us all the info we needed and was always very quick when we wanted something. We 100% recommend stay at this property.
