I like absolutely everything here!!! We spent here 2 unforgettable weeks and I will definitely come back again to this fantastic place! I want to admit the most helpful villa manager I ever met - that is George! He replies all messages in couple of minutes, satisfying all guest's needs - I asked for a new pan and dryer - I got it in an hour. I asked where I can print documents- and he offered his help to print and bring it for me. We arrived late night at 1 am and he came and escorted us to villa! So message for George's boss - if you are reading this - pls give him a bonus, hereallydeservesit! :)) Now a little bit more about villa itself. It's a property which can host 4 families, coz it has 4 units in 1 building. Each unit has its own entrance, BBQ, terrace. Swimming pool is shared. Villa is located on a hill, so be ready to climb a little bit :) but actually I think one definitely should have a car, coz without car it will be really hard to stay here. In 1.5 km down from villa there is a village Agios Nickolas with supermarket and 5 great tavernas. In 500m down from villa there is also taverna and a beach. Cleaning lady comes once per 4-5 days (which is really cool benefit, coz in my previous villa rentals cleaning services during stay period where never provided).

We have had a great stay. The apartments are nice and clean. There is big functional kitchen, fully equipped (no dishwasher, but it was not expected). The garden and area around apartments need some construction work to be finished, but this is quite common for Greece in the price range. There is big terrace facing east and outside area near entry facing west. Can use both depending on sun and time of a day. Kerasia beach is 20 minutes walk using old road nearby. Many other beaches accessible by short car/bike ride nearby. There is bakery and fish shop in nearby Agnitsini village. This is great location. The apartments are well positioned. Parking is available and there was enough space for all cars.
