Very good stay at Vellanos Villas! Superios quet place in a little village. Very clean and cozy appartment, equipped with all needed facilities. Good Tavern just in 10 minutes walking distance. Jenny is super friendly and intelligent person! It was pleasure for us to speak with her. She looks, what exactly needed by guests and provides very valuable information. Jenny has provided very testy welcome cake, and then (unexpectedly) another one after several days. We were pleased and enjoying both! There are plenty of places to visit around that place. Not all we were able to see, thus will come once more to the West side of Crete. Vellanos Villas is best option to stay (need to book well in advance, as the place is popular). Thanks Jenny! Very neat, tidy, cosy and clean traditional greek house with everything needed provided. Warm welcome from the host. Also biscuits, marmelade and coffee for the morning. We checked in earlier than settled but It was no problem.

Everything was perfect. The hosts were very nice, they gave us local treats and useful information and directions to beaches and tavernas. House is very beautiful at a peacful location with stunning view and it was very clean. This was the best accommodation we had in Crete :)

Strong WiFi. Good size parking space to accommodate 2 cars. Perfect location to visit Elafonissi 17mins away. Great restaurants near by. Very quiet at night. Wonderful large patio to enjoy meals and relax.

Beautifully restored house in a cozy, green valley. The beaches are easily reachable by car and plenty of lovely taverns in the villages around. Stargazing on the roof terrace with a bottle of good red wine was grand as well. We were received very warmly by Konstantina and her family. A must if you want to escape the busy, touristy north of the island.
