Everyting was perfect! Villa Lavender is a big 2 storey semidetached house with garden in a quiet outskirt of Kato Almiri, only a few minutes away (by car) to a nice pebble beach (without amenities) in Kato Almiri and also close to the long stretched narrow village beach with plenty of cafés and restaurants. The owners live in the apartment underneath the villa but they’re discrete and privacy is guaranteed. They’re very nice people and very welcoming to their guests. The house is spotlessly clean and very well equipped. It has a big airconditioned living room with open kitchen and a bathroom (with bath, toilet and washing machine) downstairs. In the kitchen you find everything you need: huge fridge/freezer, dishwasher, pots and pans, coffee machine, sandwich maker, water cooker and much more. The living has two big couches, a big flat screen television, dining table and chairs. There’s a small balcony at the back (with clothes lines) and a large balcony (with table and chairs) at the front and side of the house. Upstairs there’s another bathroom (with shower and toilet) and 3 bedrooms (2 of them airconditioned) and another large balcony with table and chairs at the front of the house. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has 2 single beds and the third has one single bed. The owners have given thought to the smallest details, from nice decoration to mosquito plugs. They make sure you have everything you need and even more. Definitely one of the best vacation rentals I’ve stayed at. I highly recommend villa Lavender!

Communication from the host was excellent, gave photos so was able to find it very easily. Minutes from the motorway, along a main road but windows muffle out the sound so it's quiet. The ceiling fan was so good and positioned I didn't notice if air con was in the room. Plenty of parking along the main road. Well stocked kitchen, microwave and free cold bottle of water.
