Very close to the beach and shops, about 30 minutes to Retymon. Both rooms had air conditioning, the apartment had almost everything we needed, from toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge freezer, plates, glasses, a safe, 2 big balconies, lemons available in the balcony, oven, many more. The host was there to greet us even though (as our flight arrived late at night) we weren't there until past 1 o'clock in the morning! She was able to recommend a good hire car company and was very responsive with communication. The flat is stunning. The air con was much appreciated and was very quiet. You can sit on the sofa and look at the ocean with your morning coffee.
