Wonderful place, wonderful owners. Boutiqhotel is located 2 minutes walk from the center, but on the side, quiet, calm, beautiful views. Modern apartment fully equipped, modern bathroom, super comfortable bed, super clean, extra kitchen. The owner serves great breakfasts, you feel at home, you feel taken care of. We already miss his omelettes and pancakes, smiling, always helpful. We were allowed to stay until late in the afternoon because our flight was at night and the next guests were arriving the next day. Thank you VERY much, we will definitely be back.

Villa Perris is a splendid and wonderful place to stay, it is beautifully located, super clean and extremely comfy. It is in the central area of Kassiopi, but in a peaceful and beautiful location. Rooms are air coned and very cozy. We had a marvellous rest there and I highly recommend this gem!

It is almost impossible to fault our experience. Everything was perfect, and as many have stated before, by far the best thing about Fatiras Studios is the view as it was absolutely breathtaking. Highly recommend!

It’s was amazing staying. We felt so comfortable, since apartment was absolutely new with everything we could need. The owner was extremely helpful. And location was good (4 min one beach and 15 min waking to the another), everything we need (shops, restaurants) were really closely. But on the same time it’s away from crowded streets.
