Very special place in the middle of the olive trees grove and just 10 min walking to the beach. The studio was very clean, good equipped kitchen and the bed was comfortable. But the most impressive was the host Yanis, who did a lot for us. Thank you very much! We are already dreaming to come back.

Perfectly situated for a quiet getaway. Comfortable and well equipped in a rural setting with beautiful views from the large balcony across olive groves to the sea and to the town of Petalidi. The rooms boast a wealth of rustic and interesting artefacts. The large garden is equipped for children to play in and is well maintained. The beach is in walking distance and it is only as short drive to the small seaside town of Petalidi, which boasts plenty of restaurants, a couple of small supermarkets and a great bakery. A car is essential but driving around the area is fairly easy The owner was very friendly and helpful and is at the property every day to feed his chickens and collect their eggs.

This was our third year at AOG, so this tells you something about how we feel about it. This year we were in the appartment no 4. It had everything we needed for our stay. It' close 10 min drive to Messini where one can find Lidl, AB Vasilopoulos and Sklavenitis. Also you're couple of min away from Petalidi. The appartment has everything one needs for preparing meals, proper stove with 4 cooking hobbs and an oven, large fridge with a freezer, cooking aspirator, pans, bowls, plates, glasses, cups and utenciles. Bathroom is equipped with a small shower cabin, toilet and . Kitchen and bedroom are one open space. There's king sized bed and a sofa that can be converted to a bed, closet with a safe in it. There's a table with 3 chairs inside plus another one just outside each of the appartments. As soon as you get out you're surrouded by olive, fig, pomegranate, lemon and banana trees and grapevine. You can use the free loundry service which is great thing. Appartment door and bathroom window have mosquito nets. A/C was working great and was very silent. Tap water is safe to drink. Free parking for rhe guests. Free bicycles for guests to use. Great and responsive host and the stuff which we communicated without any problem. Complementary shampoo and shower gel.

An absolutely amazing property to stay and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Messinia! Bang in the middle of acres and acres of olive trees, dead quiet at night, with great views of the Kalamata bay and the stars above! The property is spotlessly clean and equipped with all amenities imaginable. Hosts are super polite and helpful....We had a wonderful time!
