The apartment looks even better in reality! Waking up to that view every morning was fantastic! The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed and even more. Not to mention the fact that it was really clean. The host is amazing! She is such a lovely lady and helped us at any given time if we needed anything. Everything went out smoothly!!

It was a wonderful 6 day stay. We were greeted by Mochi, the owner's mom who had just finished cleaning the house. She was extremely warm, friendly and she made us feel very welcome. We needed a few items for our stay and she lent them to us immediately. The house is wonderful, in a very quiet street where a car passes every 2 hours but only 300 meters from the town center. They could only be heard: cicadas, crickets in the evening and the rooster in the morning. Nothing else. All around a scent of pines and aromatic herbs. The house is large, for 4 people but we were only 2. There is a very comfortable kitchen, a very bright living room where we spent some nice evenings reading, 2 bedrooms and a very comfortable bathroom. The bedroom at the back of the house, which we used, has wonderful views over the countryside and hills behind the house. The highlight is certainly the wonderful terrace, with a beautiful, solid wooden table, huge, solid and comfortable wooden chairs. We had lunch, dinner, breakfast and spent a lot of time outside on the terrace and it was wonderful. It was very hot and, when necessary, we turned on the air conditioning a little, which worked well. For the rest we preferred to hear the sounds of nature, while we enjoyed relaxing on the terrace with a beautiful view of the pine forest opposite. The town of Marta is enchanting because it is very small but very lively. The small square with the huge trees also allows you to enjoy a little social life by eating excellent food or using the bar or bakery. Karya is on a hill, you can reach the most beautiful beaches of the island, not crowded at all. Everything more than perfect.

A Wonderful Family Hotel in Lefkada. Our stay at this lovely family hotel in Lefkada was truly memorable, and much of that is thanks to the incredible host and owner, Christina. From the moment we arrived, Christina and the friendly staff greeted us with such warmth and kindness that we instantly felt at home. Her hospitality made our experience so much more special, and it was clear that she genuinely cares about each of her guests.The rooms were cozy, and the beds were especially comfortable—perfect for a good night's rest after a day of exploring. We were thrilled with the spacious swimming pool, which was perfect for both relaxation and play. It was well-maintained and never too crowded.The fully equipped kitchen in our room was another great feature, allowing us to prepare our own meals with ease. This was particularly convenient, especially with a great supermarket right next to the hotel where we could pick up fresh ingredients.The hotel's location was also very convenient. With a bus stop right outside, we could easily travel to both Nidri and Lefkada Town, making our excursions stress-free.Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a variety of options that satisfied everyone in the family. Christina's attention to detail in everything, from the fresh ingredients to the overall ambiance, truly made the difference.Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, providing the ideal base for our family vacation in Lefkada. The breakfast was a veritable spread!! One of our party is vegetarian and when I said this they were very considerate to not put meat near them and gave her a slice of vegetarian quiche😘. The apricot jam was fabulous. We also asked to leave our bags before check in time and the same lady was very helpful then too.

The villas are located in a small cute village and are equipped with everything you need in very good quality. The staff is amazing, housekeeping comes in daily to freshen everything up and it feels as if you’re visiting your friends or family! Definitely recommend staying here, we were sad to leave.

Absolutely wonderful villa with every possible amenity and beautifully furnished in a fantastic authentic greek village high in the hills. Loved having the jacuzzi to chill in after a day at the beach or exploring the locality. The host was extremely friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay here again if we revisit Lefkada.

Everything was great! The host was really friendly and kind to help us with everything. The house is fully equipped with everything someone may need, the view from the house is wonderful and both indoor and outdoor pools will help you relax. Some of the extras are the bathrooms at each room, the sauna, and the BBQ place. Also, Karya village is a must along with some delicious restaurants and taverns around the area.
The stay here was perfect! The villa is new and has everything you need. The host was also really welcoming and made sure everything was good at the stay. Especially for this price, this place is amazing!
Karya villas is the lap of luxury, all mod cons, beautifully finished, spotlessly clean. The owner, Vasilis was so kind and welcoming and also the cleaner who is a lovely person.
Karya is a delightful slice of Greek life, we loved the village.
