We are extremely happy with our stay at the house. I've never seen a cleaner guest house. There was absolutely everything you might need during your stay, from toilet paper and lady pads to new bath and kitchen sponges, plates, cutlery, appliances, absolutely everything. The owners had even left for us some water and breakfast supplies in the fridge. Every room is air conditioned. There are mosquito nets everywhere. I was happy to see there was a broom, vacuum and mops, as we were with a baby and a small child and they can make quite a mess. There is enough space for three cars in the garage and the alley. The hosts were very pleasant and it was really nice to chat with them. We highly recommend staying there!

Host Stavroula welcomed us with open arms. She made sure we felt at ease and even brought us two cold beers. The apartment is small but neat and very clean. It is located close to beautiful beaches and the village of Nea Peramos.

An impeccably restored house, just across are an old bridge and the village church that gives an air of a fairy tale to the location. The house has a terrace-bar with an elegant and friendly atmosphere (no noise is heard in the rooms). The rooms are luxurious and looks like beeing decorated by an interior designer. The hosts Marina and Apostole are very friendly and helpful and Marina speaks a very good English. In the morning because we didn't have time for breakfast, she prepared two delicious coffees for us to take on the way (they have a very good espresso machine and a coffee as well). The young woman at the reception recommended a restaurant for dinner at a distance of 10 minutes on foot, Bostani, the only gourmet restaurant in the Kavala area - it is advisable to make a reservation in the evening. In conclusion, it's an accommodation not to be missed if you arrive in the area, in the morning we took 20-25 minutes by car to Kavala port, I regret not being able to stay longer, you can go hiking in the area, and the village is worth visiting.

The accommodation was comfortable and super clean, the location was perfect in terms of distance between the city and the sea. The owner is always present for any kind of requirement. I was there with my family and a little baby... the owner also provided a baby cot that was highly helpful and appreciated. I recommend this place a lot and for sure will come back in the future. Everything was perfrct. It was clean and quiet. There were everything you need. The bathroom was stocked up with everything you need or you might have forgotten. The fridge had water and coke. And there was plenty of ice to go. The owner made us breakfast and snack during the day. She was very helpful all the time. If you dont mind travelling 10,15 minutes to the beach it is the perfect place to stay. There was a beautiful garden with a lot of space for a dog and a lot of places to rest.
