best place to stay in Kokkari. Perfect location. This room has everything you may need, maybe even more. I have never had such a comfy pillow at any hotel, which is very important to me :) nice to brew filter coffee and enjoy it at the yard. If you are a high maintenance person, you might not enjoy it as much as I do. It is a very old fashioned pension with 80s vibe, but it got the job done for me as a solo traveler. It was clean and I only used it to sleep.

The location is second-to-none. The rooms all have a balcony which overlooks the sea and a pebble beach. It's very peaceful and a great place to rest. There is a kitchen to cook and the rooms are all spacious and clean. The couple running the studios have lived there for years and are very kind and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. When I arrived after a long trip they prepared some watermelon. On other days they asked me to sit and have a coffee with them. They let me us the laundry for some of my clothes and called a taxi when I was planning to leave. I'm grateful for their hospitality.

We loved our stay so much we added a couple more days! Everything is here for a perfect relaxing vacation. Equipped for light meal preparations, super comfy bed, magnificent views, shaded deck and top deck that offers breathtaking views. The village of Manolates is a quick 7 minute walk, and the hiking trails are plentiful, with a maze of short and longer hikes, well marked and beautiful scenery. Ioannis is a wonderful host who truly goes out of his way in every respect. We are looking forward already to our next visit
Aptly named, the views are breathtaking. This charming home is surrounded by vineyards and fruit trees,, and is well equipped for meal preparation.. Our host Ioannis went above and beyond to make our stay the most memorable and relaxing we have had on our many trips to Samos. Short 7 minutes walk to Manolates village, where you find artists, tavernas, and many hiking trails suited to allevels. We especially loved evenings on the deck with amazing view. Highly recommended and for sure will be back, thanks Ioannis!!!
The villa is located in the village of Vourliotes, on a hill above Kampos. The village itself is lovely, and it has a small shop and three restaurants. It's perfect if you look for a quiet location. The closest beach, Tsabou, is one of the best in the island The villa is beautiful, with stunning views, and the rooms are clean and well kept. It's a very authentic place kept up by Mary and her daughter. Be prepared to use Google translate since she speaks a rather basic English :)
