We loved everything!!! The places is super clean, the kitchen has everything you need. The terrace with the views stunning. The patio with all the places you can chill and lots of shade areas. The beach is super clean. There is almost no neighbours so you feel like you are alone.

We like to stay in less crowded and quiet accommodations and this is exactly what we were looking for. Far from the noisy and busy Neos Marmaras but still close to the beaches and restaurants where we prefer to eat. Highly recommended!

Great location on a private beach. Dimitris was super helpful and was flexible as to.the checkin and checkout times when possible. The villa was spotless and well equipped. Hope to return soon.

We had a sea view apartment over the Olive Grove in front which you walk through and in 2 mins you are on arguably the prettiest coastline on the west side of Sithonia. It’s like having a private beach as this is accessed only by a small row of villas / apartments.
Hotel was very clean, modern and will equipped - loved the "apartment" set-up with a private pool. It felt like a small villa in terms of location to the main hotel and privacy but then we had full access to the hotel and restaurants

The cleanliness, and the comfort in rooms. The fact that the villa was located 10 meters from the sea, it was very easy to return from the beach to the apartment.
The host Maria was very, very friendly and open to clarify with any questions. She served us with various delicious snacks which of course created a familiar comfort.
Lovely hotel set in extensive grounds. We were upgraded to luxurious villa type accommodation overlooking the pool which was very nice. Location wise you do need a car unless you are happy to enjoy the hotel surroundings and spend time around the pool with the odd trip out by shuttle or taxi. Buffet style food was good and staff very pleasant.
We got a whole villa for us. Downstairs we had a nice king size and comfortable bed.
Living was quite large with exit to the pool of the complex.
Upstairs was kids beedroom.
The property is located in a beautiful forest with direct view of the sea and a amall, but nice beach. It’s approximately 8 km away from Nikiti, where you can go shopping or visit the old town. The house is deaigned and made with taste. There is a garden and a huge terrace with view of the sea. Each apartment (villa), has it’s own, private parking place. The stuff from Acrotel Athena Palace was very attentive and professional.
