Wonderful house with a mesmerizing view of the see and the mountains on the back. First of all if you are looking for something fancy, you can just check some other place, as this house is indeed not fancy. What it is though is a home away from home. The house has everything you will need and Kiki is a wonderful and warm host. There are more than 10km of long beautiful beaches all the way to Nea Peramos(ask Kiki where to go when you are in Nea Peramos) and more in the other direction(will check them next time). The thing I liked best about the house(except the wonderful view) is that it is well isolated from the other properties, so you can have a quiet time and a good rest away from noise, but is still so close to the sea and the near villages. The backyard has a wonderful barbecue and a resting corner from where you can watch the sunset and the sea. So in conclusion if you are looking for a place where you can rest and have a great time away from the noise of the big city, and are not looking for fancy-shmancy this is definitely your place! Walking out onto the beach, straight into the sea. Able to watch my children whilst able to cook or read from the shaded dining area. Super friendly and helpful hosts.

It has a wonderful garden with palms and olive trees. And its location is near the sea and out of the city crowd. You have a short trail from the house to the near beach which turned out to be rocky but still it is very nice to hear the sea waves splashing during the late evenings. The host was very responsive and kind.

We had awesome vacation! The house is amazing! Very cozy with wonderful design and with everything necessary! The view - OMG - taking the breath! it is in a very quiet area, but near to nice beaches!
