Booking tricked me into believing that I am paying 60 euros (late September) for a room with one large bed and 2 small beds. For the record, a room with one large bed and 2 bunk beds was 52 euros and the offer stayed like that all week. When arriving at location my room had only one bed. Fortunately Nikolas was kind enough to add an extra bed without charging me anything other than the 60 euros agreed upon. The room was ok. Had a bit of a problem with the toilet basin which did not seal properly and the water ran endlessly causing the basin to start water admission every 5 minutes which was quite noisy. But this problem will probably be fixed soon. Owner was really nice. Even received a gift on departure.

We had such an amazing stay at Fotini! We had a ‘garden view’ apartment which still had a sea view and lovely outdoor seating area! The room was very clean with a comfy bed and well working AC. The pool area was well maintained, cleaned everyday and was super quiet - we quite often had the whole pool to ourselves! The location is great, in walking distance (10-15mins) to the village which had many restaurants, shops and areas to swim in the see. To get to a “proper” beach was a 10 minute drive so would suggest hiring a car which we did as we were staying over a week and this gave us the opportunity to visit Asos, Sami and Myrtos beach which are all within half an hour drive. I would 10/10 recommend staying here and would love to come back!

The apartment is fantastic, located in a great spot for Myrtos and Agia Effimia and their great beaches. The view is amazing and the facilities within the apartment are great, as well as a scenic pool area. A short drive down to Divarata with its good local tavernas. We will be back!

The property is new, very well-designed, and furnished with high-quality furniture. The terrace is spacious, and the view of the sea is simply amazing—I cannot find better words to describe it. The pool is always clean and has lights at night. There is free parking available outside. The location is excellent, close to some of the best places in Kefalonia, such as Myrtos and Fteri. If you rent a boat, you can explore the Blue Lagoon, which is a must-see. In short, you couldn't find a better place to spend your vacation in Kefalonia.
Lovely spacious apartments with a big balcony. Located in a small village which has several shops, cafes, and good tavernas to choose from. It's a very short drive (or 30min walk if you really wanted) from Myrtos beach. Those host, Mina, was great and makes a delicious big breakfast downstairs in their cafe. It was a perfect stay.
The villa was spacious, comfortable and very clean. It is well appointed in that it is only a few minutes walk from several nice restaurants. The neighbourhood is very rural, quiet and safe. The beach is also within walking distance, albeit a little further. We were given an excellent contact for transportation from and to the airport, as well as around Kefalonia. Everyone associated with the property and the local area was hospitable and helpful.
Lovely place! Mina was extremely kind and caring. She served us breakfast every morning with a smile. The room we stayed in was very clean and nice! We also really liked the village we are in, it is very cozy.
Breakfast was delicious,varied and healthy,location was great for us,we prefer to stay in a typical Greek village rather than the more touristy parts.Mina is a great host and nothing is too much trouble,look forward to seeing her next year.

The location was ideal, the villa was beautiful and we fully enjoyed our stay here. We were welcomed with food and wine from the local shop, and looked after throughout our whole stay. Perfect for a family holiday in Kefalonia, especially if you're looking to go explore the island.
The Villa was a great size for a group of 4 adults, 3 children and a baby. The pool area was perfect and everywhere was spotlessly clean.

We liked the location as it felt quite isolated but still close enough to a village with shops and restaurants. You will need a car to get to a beach.
Good position of the apartment, 1min driving to the village, shops, taverns, 5 min driving to Myrtos beach. Wonderful view from the terrace on the mountains and road. We had the apartment on the 2nd floor. Quiet in the night and morning, good wifi, comfy bed, big bathroom,very clean apartment, good kitchenette.
Well equipped and comfortable apartment. Location is great, a small village with reasonably priced restaurants within walking distance. The host was adorable. She gave us a room with a big double bed, and I booked a single (but I wanted a double). She gave us a complimentary wine to enjoy on the balcony.
Very good price, nice view, clean, breakfast was a bonus.
Divarata village is really nice, The rooster singing in the morning, goats bells at night, noisy gooses and a lot of other village sounds, sending me back to childhood:)
The location is also good if you want to visit most of the west side of the 🏝️ but not only.
