I have been in Greece many times but it was my best accomodation! Very cosy, spacious, modern and well equiped! The wi-fi was perfect (it's not common in Greece at all), there were air-conditioner in both rooms and they worked well. The bed was comfortable, we slept really well. It was easy to communicate with the owners, but the truth is that we needed not to because everything was all right. The town center is easy to reach by bus. The nearest beach is very nice but there are other beaches in the neighborhood. We walked to the town beaches on the seaside, it took about 20-25 minutes, but those beaches were too crowded. Shops, bus stops, café, bakery are close, big supermarkets are 10 minutes walk. All in all it is a perfect apartment, we want to come back some time.

The apartment (I will not call it "house") was pretty decent inside (with some exceptions), and it's clear that the owner tried to create a pleasant and warm atmosphere. Everything is pretty new and functional. The location is not bad if you are ready to spend ~20 to go to the beach.

Of all the homes I have rented on vacations, this home has undoubtedly been my best stay.
The home is sparkling clean, contains everything you need, and is located in a fantastic area approx. 10 minutes walk from the beach, bus stop 3 minutes away, mini market around the corner and 2 large supermarkets 5 minutes away.
The fantastic and large terrace greets you with a wonderful view and offers plenty of sun and privacy.
The owners Spiros and Natassa are 2 warm-hearted people who do everything to make you feel welcome and comfortable during your stay.
Here is peace and quiet and just what a good holiday should give you.

This villa is excellent for those who want a good and pleasant holiday. The woman who lent the villa was very nice and accommodating. The villa is located a little outside Chania, but has a bus stop not far away that will take you to the city. All in all, it was a very good experience!

Very spacious and well maintained villa in a quiet area surrounded by a beautiful landscape with great sea views. It had everything we needed as a family of 8 with 2 minor children. The owner greeted as with welcome treats and was generally very friendly, accomodating and trying his best to satisfy all our requests before and during our whole stay! Highly recommended!

The guests were very friendly, welcoming, they greeted us with local goodies and almost every day Litsa brought us homemade cakes. The villa is very modern, very clean and we had everything that we needed(shower gel, shampoo, spf, hairdryer, dishwasher, gameboards). I recommend you to take into consideration this accommodation if you ever want to travel to Chania.
The host is really nice. The Hayeks villa is nice and well equipped. We loved our stay. The villa is close to a bus stop and close to Chania. It is also close to amazing beach called Golden beach.
Everything is perfect: beautiful villa, nice pool, helpful owner. Nice beds, big shower, good kitchen. The owner has built this himself and it is beautiful!

The pool especially and the fact that the host came to clean the pool two times during our stay and one time to change the towels. The host was very helpful every time we needed specific informations or help. The villa was 10 minutes close to the beach by foot, we found parking on the street close to the villa without any reservation. Until the old city centre of Chania, you make about 20 minutes with the bus which you can take close to the villa.
