It is noteworthy that the British contactperson can be reached via phone and the lady onsite only speaks Greek and minimal German. I'm a fluent German speaker so we handled it easily.
At a few minutes drive to the north-west is the busier town of Ierissos ; roughly 5 mins to the West, Tripity with ferry to the Ammouliani island; a further ~10 mins from Tripiti, Ouranopoli with sea cruises, Athos cruises and so on (touristic city in all meanings).
Paradise location very close to the beach where we had sunbeds and tent. The villas was pretty big for us and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We had bbq and outside garden.
The villa is located in a quiet village, close to the beach (approximately 200m, on a country road). The hosts are very attentive and discreet.

We are extremely grateful for our stay at Serenity villas. The host was genuinely kind and very accommodating. The property is comfortable, completely equipped with whatever anyone could need during their holiday. The location is serene really close to the beach which is sandy with crystal clear blue chill waters. The view from the villa is awesome and relaxing. Our little one enjoyed the outdoor space and the pool to the maximum. A big thanks to George and the staff for making our holidays so special. We will visit again next summer for sure.
The villa is very close to the beach, where awnings and sunbeds are provided. Each villa has a green lawn with a barbecue. The kitchen is furnished and has all kinds of dishes and utensils, an oven and a large refrigerator. For each villa there is a separate 4G-WiFi router. In the nearby town of Ieressos (5-6 km.) every Tuesday morning there is a farmer's market where you can buy delicious vegetables, olives, cheese and fish.
This was our second time at Serenity Villas, and we loved it just as much as the first. The villas are lovely, clean and well-furnished, with amazing views and the owners are kind and helpful. Thank you for another wonderful stay!
Serenity Villas are as the name suggests, serene. The home, pool, landscaping, amenities and furnishings are delightful. The attention to detail is second to none and the views, bird song, smell of fragrant flowers and peace make you feel calm and relaxed. We loved our stay here and will definitely return. For people who want to get away from the chaos and enjoy the real beauty of Greece.

Quiet and relaxing place if you like to escape from the city life. The villas is quite spacious with four big rooms and two bathrooms. We have not experienced any problems with the house and the staff was there to welcome us.
The villas are really close to the beach where you can leave your kids alone. The people here are friendly and helpful. The villas have 4 big bedrooms and 2 restrooms. To be honest we didn't have any issues with the house and we liked the area alot. The road is not bad at all even for regular cars.
