Great location, close to the beach and the airport. We were only staying at Villa Avatos for a very short time because we were getting up for a very early flight, but Vasilis was a great host and very accommodating when we had to make last-minute changes to our arrival time because of trouble with our rental car. The room was small but had everything we needed, including a large minibar selection.
Thanks to the villa owner, he was very friendly and met us late in the night during check in.
The room has a comfortable bed, big bathroom which is certainly a plus. Really close to the beach.

Two terraces: one near the kitchen (for breakfast and supper); one on the 3rd floor with spectacular sea and Mountain View’s (for dinner).
Two bathrooms- with is super comfortable for big group of people.
Owner was fast on responses and also looked customers-wise: no problem to check-in after 9 p.m., he even waited till 10 p.m. to provide the keys. We asked a favour to prolong our check-out in the morning. And he agreed for one extra hour. That was helpful. Thank you.

The apartment was in the second floor of a nice villa in a very quiet area. We stayed only for a night but this accommodation is very good for a longer stay to enjoy the beach that was 200 m away. The apartment was big and very clean. Mr George is a very polite man and always ready to help with advices and infos. Book this apartment, you won't regret it.
