This was my second visit. It is truly a special place. The owners go above and beyond to look after you. I was picked up in the town of lefkadas and brougvt to property. I arranged a hire car which i am now using before returning. The other guests were so friendly. It feels like visiting family. Love it

We had such a lovely 3 night stay here - had a double room with large balcony and kitchenette. A five minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Easy parking in owners car park close to property. Owner was so lovely, we’ll definitely stay here again.

What an amazing villa! We have just had the most wonderful week stay at Zenvillas.
The property and facilities are modern and clean, everything you could need, as well as an added bonus of a fridge full of essentials and treats to welcome us. The owners met us and were delightful, talked us through everything and were on hand if we needed anything, an added bonus was how often they came to clean the villa when we were out.
The most impressive thing though was the view - why go anywhere else when you can have a BBQ, drinks and watch the sunset?
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend highly.

The host Rania before we arrive write to us on viber to give as all the instructions and informations we need for how to get to the accommodation and what we have at the studio.
When we arrived at the studio we have a welcome basket with snacks and water in the fridge, also we get a gift from the host before we leave the studio, it was nice gesture from them.
The accommodation was nice small, but with everything you need. The kitchen was fully equipped. In the kitchen and bathroom every time we have hot water. Every second day, the woman come to change the sheets and the towels.
The best was that we have parking, in Agios Nikitas all the cars park on the street on site if they find place, but we didn’t have that problem if we go somewhere we always have a parking in the yard.

Staying at Eltheo Villas was a real pleasure. The apartment was clean, newly furnished and decorated, with a well equipped kitchen, with confortable beds and a really big terrace with a great view of the sunset. The pool was also great. The atmosphere was chill, a quite and pleasant place to spent your vacation in. Elena is the perfect host, careful and friendly with guests. The villa was in a perfect spot with amazing views and sunsets! Everything had been thought about to the highest standards from furnishings to appliances and outside furniture. The concierge Eva and Anna who was the housekeeper were both delightful and couldn't do enough for you, would thoroughly recommend to anyone.
It was amazing. The location was incredible. The view from the villa was just beautiful. Very comfortable for a family of 6 and lovely to be able to come back after a long day in the sun and heat to just relax in the serenity of the villa. Easy 5 min drive to Agios Nikitas and to Kathisma beach which was spectacular. Very helpful staff and were happy to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend this place. Would definitely come back again in future.
