The bathroom was new and clean which is very important to me. The bed was comfortable and it was nice sitting outside on the balcony. The place is only 8 min drive from the city of Rethymno but very quiet and peaceful. If you need anything, the staff will answer quickly. The gentleman cleaning the rooms was very helpful and service minded. You also have your own parking space there.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa Onyx. The villa's sea views were nothing short of breathtaking, for a relaxing and rejuvenating break. The Villa is around a 10-minute drive to Rethymno town. The villa itself was immaculate, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring our stay was flawless. We can't wait to return and highly recommend this villa.
The villa was really spacious and well designed with tasteful decor, good air conditioning and many balcony areas to sit off the bedrooms. It was set in really lovely grounds with swimming pool.
The views of the coast were stunning and the location was good for touring as well as the many restaurants and tavernas nearby. A car would be desirable. The host was lovely, very welcoming and helpful.
We were greeted on an arrival and handed over the keys by the most amazing host. He showed us the property and also informed us about food delivery options, the village and what we should see.
It was a fantastic stay at this Villa. The villa is beautiful, and has all the facilities you need. There are 3 bathrooms which makes it very comfortable. The host George and his family are very friendly, hospitable and very approachable. They made for us a borek and a cake, so lovely and delicious. The swimming pool was very clean and the garden was super comfortable to stay. The house was fully cleaned once during our stay, with clean towels and sheets.
The villa is wonderful, the hostess was great, she took care of all our needs and she was extremely helpful with her suggestions what places and restaurants to visit, including what beaches.

Staying at the villa in Crete was an absolute dream. The serene and tranquil surroundings made for a perfect getaway. The villa itself was immaculate, with a spacious parking area, a pristine swimming pool, and a kitchen equipped with everything we needed. Privacy was paramount, and the reality matched the stunning photos online. A huge shoutout to our host, Eva, whose responsiveness and genuine care truly elevated our experience. Without a doubt, this was our best stay in Crete, and we’re incredibly grateful for the memories created here.
We loved the location in the center of the village. There was easy access to everything we needed; groceries, bakeries cafes etc. The hosts were polite and responsive.
The views from the roof top are very nice and having use of the hot tub was a nice bonus as it was a little rainy and chilly on some days.
There is too much to tell about this place. Linda and her husband created a hidden gem in an old Venetian villa and filled it with life and a lot to discover.
Everything is topped with the the warm-heartedness of Linda and her staff. Very good breakfast and particular good tipps on what to visit.
For us it was among the most relaxing vacations we had in a long time.
We definitely want to return here.
We enjoyed the venetian village. It's a 2 minute walk to the loval taverna and 6mins from a few more.
The villa was spotless and Eva the owner is delightful.
