The host is very nice and we received a warm welcome on arrival. The apartment is located aside from the city center in a calm place. The apartment is nice, clean, and with a sea view. There is no problem with parking, the location is close to the beach. We would love to come back because Kefalonia is just great.

Lovely spacious apartment, very comfortable and well equipped and super clean. The garden was breathtakingly pretty and the owners were so kind, nothing was too much trouble. They allowed us to pick herbs from the garden which was great for cooking. The cooking facilities were very good. The property is located right by the beach and very close to lots of restaurants and bars but it was still very quiet, an excellent location. Most of the guests were of a certain age (like us!) as seemed to be the case with most visitors to Katelios, so there was a peaceful atmosphere.
Situated less than 1 km from Skala Beach and 1.7 km from Spithi Beach, Joya Studios features free WiFi and units fitted with a kitchenette, patio and seating area.

The studio was great, it had everything you needed in it. A small kitchen with large fridge freezer, crockery and cooking equipment. The room was clean and the bed comfortable with nice bedding. There is an outdoor seating area which is shared with the other guests. It has pleasant seating areas and is a lovely area for breakfast or an evening drink. Joya was an exceptional host, meeting us on arrival and very friendly. She very kindly let us have a late check out which made such a difference to our final day. Location is good, just a few minutes walk from the centre of the resort where there are many good restaurants and bars. If we come back to Skala, we will definitely stay at Joy's studios again.

This is a charming villa, beautifully decorated with stunning views. The beds are really comfortable (whereas in other villas, they have been rock-hard), and the master bedroom is huge! Lying in bed in the morning and watching the sunrise was magical. There is a well-equipped, compact kitchen, and the outside has a nice sized pool. The host was very welcoming and, as a lovely touch, had provided wine, water, and fruit on our arrival.
Beautiful Villa and pool with amazing views of the sea and loved watching the sun rise over the sea every morning. The garden and pool lighting looked amazing in the evenings. Excellent communication with Panagis who was very helpful and we appreciated the chocolate bread, cake, fresh fruit, olive oil, bottled water and wine, especially as we arrived too late to shop or go out to eat. We also appreciated the cleaning and changing of sheets/towels every few days which we had not expected. It was perfect.
This villa is absolutely gorgeous! Probably the best one i ever had the chance to rent. The infinite pool is fantastic, the bbq place is wonderful, the rooms are perfect with in suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. The owner, Panagis, is a wonderful person. He sent us everything we need to know about what to visit, where the most wonderful beaches are, where to eat, how to book excursions (he even offered to do it for us), he was kind and very helpful!
