This is an awesome house to spent a vacation in Greece. It has almost evrything you need. The pool was really nice and you could just sit there and relax in the middle of nothing - complete detachment of the busy world around you.
An important note is that the house is not near a beach, but that was what we wanted. We travelled around the island, visiting different beaches.

We love everything regarding Villa Pine Trees by Kardous - the location close to the best beaches on Skopelos, incredible surrounding nature with huge pine trees on one side and olive trees on the other side, large pool, huge patio with shadow, comfortable beds, all amenities that we needed and extreme cleanines of all facilities. Of course it is necessary to emphasize the kindness and profesionalism of hosts Natassa and Alexandra. Everything was perfect 10!!!

Loved the location and the layout of the hotel, in particular the part by reception with all the beautiful olive trees and lovely seating areas as well as the pool area - so cool, stunning views (incl. the sunset), comfy chairs. And I love that the location is quiet, yet not far away from the main village of Skopelos.

The location is superb - in the center of Neo Klima, right next to the harbor. Within walking distance from the two beaches (Hovolo and Paraiso), tavernas, bakery, supermarkets.
The rooms are big, clean and comfortable.
The host is amazing. Dimitris is wonderful person, always available. He helped us a lot with everything we need to have the best holiday.

An excellent accommodation. We liked Villa Aelia very much, it is very well equipped and especially the pool area, which is very nice and well maintained. The villa is located in an olive grove and was a very good choice compared to the accommodations in the city, which are much more crowded. If we return to Skopelos, we will definitely stay in the same place. Thank you Natasa for the accommodation and for the recommendations of beaches and restaurants.

Villa Nektaria is such a beautiful and peaceful place where you can unwind and simply be. If you want to relax and rejuvenate in total privacy and yet still be close to the gorgeous town of Skopolos and many heavenly beaches you should definitely visit
This villa is stunning! Everything seems to be new and excellent quality both inside and out. The decor and layout perfect for us. The place is so peaceful with amazing views. Not far to drive to beaches, restaurants and skopelos town and other places on the island; but I’d advise a 4x4 to get around as many of the roads are simply tracks, and some very steep hills. We loved the adventure of touring the island when we wanted a break from the quiet of the villa. Amazing.
Villa Aelia is a beautiful property set in a quiet part of Skopelos. It was a real getaway location, away from everyone, and not overlooked.
Natassa was always available for anything we needed and communicated well and with care for her guests.
The property was cleaned daily and we had everything we needed.
For us, a hire car was essential, we toured the island each day and then retreated back to relax.
We were 2 adults and 3 children (16,12,10) and there was plenty of space for us all.
Everything exceeded our expectations. The villa and location were perfect. Natassa, her family and Denise are lovely people who looked after us throughout our stay in Skopelos even after we had left the villa.
Everything about Natasha and Villa Aelia was beyond wonderful. Natasha and her family were extremely knowledgeable about the island and helpful with all our needs. The home was beautiful and perfect for our family reunion of 10 people.
