Amazing view is everything as described and more. The balcony is lovely and bigger than it seems in this picture, and the house is perfectly appointed for a couple or small family. The beach is a 2-minute drive away, and it's one of the most beautiful, low-key, and local beaches we've visited during our trip.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home. The facilities were well kept and the view from the windows was astonishing. As a person who values cleanliness, I can confirm the place was exceptionally clean and tidy. We were provided with all necessities and were offered support whenever needed. The location was also good as it is just minutes away from some of the most beautiful beaches in the area and delicious dinner spots. Overall, we had an amazing time throughout our stay and I recommend this place to everyone.

Our stay in Korassida, at Kimon and Maria's summer house was unforgettable. Starting with the warm and generous hospitality of the hosts, through the comfortable, beautiful and well-equipped house and the highlight - the two balconies (one on each floor) from where we've seen the most beautiful sunrise across the sea horizon. When you sit on that balcony you feel as if you were living in a boat. This beautiful house is highly recommended for families or couples, looking for unique and secluded place with a real connection to nature and the sea. We stayed there for a week with our 2 children (10 and 14) and it was just perfect!

The house is splendid. The view is fantastic and the air condition is not needed due to the fresh air from the Aegean sea that is in front of the house. We strongly suggest it.

Studios Avra is truly a paradise on earth. First and foremost, thanks to Despina - the most wonderful landlady that you can imagine and the million dollar views of the Aegean Sea. Despina makes the place magical, being the most hospitable, generous and discreet hostess, taking special care of every one of her guests. The well-equipped apartments are spotlessly clean, spacious and open to a large terrace overlooking the sea. The swimming pool is large and clean and private parking spaces are provided. Korasida Beach, which you can either reach by walking down a steep road for about 300m or driving by car for about 1km, is spectacular, almost empty on weekdays. The taverns by the sea serve very nice food at affordable prices. We had an unforgettable stay at Studios Avra and will definitely recommend the place. We will surely come back. Wonderful family run place. We were given such a warm welcome by Eva and the rest of the family. The room was immaculately clean and well equipped. There are spectacular views across the Aegean, star gazing at night from the restaurant or our balcony was amazing. The restaurant has lots of choice of delicious home cooked food. Try the gogilies (traditional pasta). The beautiful Korasida beach is 5 minute walk away with crystal clear turquoise waters. Just 4.5 km away is Kalamos beach (walkable in just over an hour). This also has white sand and clear blue water and has a choice of beach bars and restaurants.

Seafront room number 7 is a dream. It’s a large room with huge terrace. There are two beds and a large fridge. There are plenty of outlets and a TV(which we never turned on). The sound of the waves crashing and doves cooing in the morning were blissful. The staff could not be more attentive and accommodating. The room staff also runs the restaurant and seems to oversee the cafe. Free beach loungers, and two beaches right outside the door.
