The apartment we stayed at was roomy yet very cosy, and spotlessly clean, so we felt right at home. It is furnished to comfortably accommodate families of up to six people, with plenty of beds, sofas, and two large dinner tables (one in the main room, one in the winter garden), plus a terrace area with outside seating, beach chairs, and swinging chairs. The kitchen is well-equipped (stove, oven, microwave, large fridge, kettle), providing enough plates, cutlery, and utensils to allow cooking your own meals (or ordering in without having to eat straight out of the containers). Clotheslines on the porch make it easy to dry beach towels and bathing suits over night. Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked flawlessly. Soap, shampoo, towels, and extra blankets are provided. For guests travelling with children, there are ample toys available for all ages, including board games. There are several apartments on the property, but they are generously spaced, so each of them is nicely secluded. Parking is right outside. The surrounding area is quiet, peaceful, and—according to the host—absolutely safe (which matches our experience). A 5-minute drive gets you to the beach. Communication with the host, George, was swift and easy. Ahead of our stay, he made sure we would have no trouble finding the place, and was very accommodating regarding the check-in time. When we arrived, he welcomed us with open arms and fresh fruit (of which he provided more the next day!), showed us around the apartment and property, and helped us settle in. George is one of the warmest, most hospitable people we have had the pleasure of encountering during our journeys. Friendly, kind, knowledgeable about the area (his beach recommendation was spot-on), and happy to make his guests’ stay as pleasant and special as possible, always with a smile. The Hotel is modern new and clean.

Spacious, very clean, comfortable beds, good for a family, with big kitchen, living room and very nice balcony. Nice view, parking, close to a nice bakery and center of Amarinthos with all the shops, restaurants etc. Was very good base to explore the area. Good value for money.Very kind owners.

It was clean. Great location, in its own grounds, just outside town. Well equipped. The owners were super friendly and helpful.

The place is overly beautiful and the host was more than welcoming and lovely. I would 100% recommend the place to anybody who is looking for a quite holiday.

Ioannis was great. He answered all our questions very fast whenever we had one. The housekeepers were also very friendly people. The house was very well thought out for family vacations - the rooms, they garden, the pool, a/c, kitchen.. worked great for us. The details are very well thought out!

We stayed for a week with our 22months old twins. The location is amazing, right in front of the beach, the view from the balcony breathtaking. We felt straightaway welcomed and at home. The owner was super friendly and helpful. Would strongly recommend it!
