The villa was lovely, set in beautiful gardens with stunning views over the sea.
It was spotlessly clean with clean bedding and towels throughout the week.
The host Babis was very helpful and friendly, helping with places to eat and ordering taxis, he made us feel very welcome.
The resident dog and cats were all very friendly and loved our cuddles
The bus stop was at the bottom of the drive and it was only 2 Euros to Skiathos town, great for shopping and exploring.
The supermarket was at the bottom of the drive and was well stocked with the essentials needed for breakfasts and light meals, especially the lovely pastries.
It was only a short walk to the nearest beach which was very clean, The Beach House restaurant had lovely food and you can hire an umbrella and 2 loungers for 20 euros a day

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was only for two nights before we flew home but we were happy with our choice for the price. The location was a little out from the main town but we were fine to wander into town & get a taxi back (10€) it is up the most steep winding road, we walked up once & vowed never again ha ha!! The location however was so peaceful & relaxing we loved it. Pool & area clean with a snack/drink bar which we used. The breakfast was tasty plentiful & homemade. Eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, yogurt, cereal etc. all lovely. The host was always around should we have needed anything and was so friendly & helpful. Our room was top floor with a generous balcony overlooking the airport, sea & mountains. The noise from occasional planes stopped by bedtime & never bothered us. Our room was clean, modern, lovely bathroom with toiletries, hot water & great water pressure. Soft towels & comfortable mattress. Kettle & fridge were a bonus. Quiet & efficient air con. Plenty of clothes storage & decent size room with lovely view even from sitting in bed! Little tv which if needed did have a couple of English channels/film channels. The quality of the room, lovely breakfast & pool with views made up for being slightly out of town. If I went back I would consider renting a car/scooter to get to & from town but taxis were readily available & between 4 of us really not expensive at all. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

The Location was absolutely fantastic, Il Posto the cafe next door was absolutely fantastic also where the staff work so hard and are so friendly despite how busy they are, friendly owner and room cleaned daily were spotless fair play to the lady, I would have no hesitation recommending this property to anyone apartment fully air conditioned also

Simple but comfortable and clean with everything I needed for my holiday . Cleaned every day with fresh laundry etc. . Very convenient for the town and also bus station for travel round island .superb airport service - met on arrival and dropped off on return - much appreciated and efficient . Me and my family very much enjoyed our stay at the Villa Frideriki. The location is excellent, it’s quiet and pleasant, very big terrace where you can rest after a hot day. It was very clean and cosy. We loved it. The hostess, Elena is super kind and generous and helpful. She gave us lots of advice for places to eat, beaches and others. She welcomed us warmly and helped with our individual needs. I would come back.

We loved our stay. The hosts were the nicest people ever. When I got injured, they insisted on taking us to the airport by their car. The villas and the pool are wonderful, and the view? Breathtaking. You must go, everything was so clean and we really felt like in paradise.

We loved our stay and Xanthipi then owner made us feel very welcome and was so attentive to anything we needed. The rooms were immaculately cleaned every day and the kitchenette very well kitted out. The views were beautiful and there was a fresh sea breeze as the villas are on the hill. The pool area is lovely. We couldn't fault it! Just lovely.
Had a lovely quiet and relaxing stay at Villa Xanthippi. The grounds and pool area are beautiful and impeccably maintained. Xanthippi herself works incredibly hard to ensure you have a perfect stay. Studio room was very tastefully decorated, nice shower, very comfortable bed and great Aircon. Daily cleaning kept the rooms incredibly clean.
The hospitality at Villa Anna Maria is exceptional. Anna Maria is so friendly and helpful. We were there during Storm Daniel and she made sure that we were comfortable and had food to eat while we were confined to our apartment. We are very grateful for her kindness.
The apartments are on a hill, with a view of the sea, the beach and restaurants are a short walk away. Our room, no. 3, was spacious and well equipped with a good size balcony.
