very cozy house, we enjoyed a lot the fresh patio with sun and shade areas, wind is always keeping it fresh. the rooms are big, 2 bathrooms quite new and a big living room with kitchen. hot water was enough for a 4 pax family. the house is located in a residential area with no services, 30 steps down the parking

Apartamentul este situat intr-o locatie ce asigura acces facil la plaje si la capitala insulei. Apartamentul este spatios, curat. Apartamentul este dotat cu cele necesare ( in bucatarie : vesela, tacamuri, detergenti pentru curatare / in baie : articole de toaleta si detergenti pentru masina de spalat ). Apartamentul are o terasa cu o priveliste foarte frumoasa Gazda foarte amabila. Wi fi bun. Parcarea la proprietate in curte. Asternuturile si prosoapele se schimba la 3 zile. Recomandam Margarita House 1 pentru descoperirea insulei Andros !

Lorentzia House 2 gave us a taste of authenticity. It felt like we had stepped back in time to what it had been like to live on the island 70 years ago. Neighbors would regularly pass by the house on donkeys and mules - a rare sight in Greece nowadays. We were able to pick ripe apricots from the tree in the front yard. It was an extremely peaceful place to stay with a fantastic view.

We liked very much how clean and tidy the house was. The breathtaking sea view is something that can't be described with words and the total silence under the stars, was something we were not prepared to experience. Special kudos to the architect that made that extremely old house a modern reality, retaining the details and the character of the old. We will most certainly return for more Aegean Deep Blue soon.

Everything was great. Location was good and easily to reach other destinations, there was parking and the host was great! The room/house was very big with many accommodations and with great view! Only issue was the lack of air condition but due to the location's height, temperature was okay even for a hot August.
