Due to a volunteer work week at a tea farm nearby I stayed 11 nights at the Holiday House. Coming back in the evening felt like coming home. It was always very clean, quiet and welcoming ambiance. The terrace is so comfy to relax. There is a 24/7 food store just 1 minute walk and just next to it a beautiful botanical garden. The breakfast was always freshly prepared and very rich of various dishes. Nika, the host who speaks English very well told me in case of any trouble I can call or text him any time. I want to note that I was not asked at any time to write a good review about my stay as it is in many other locations the case.

Nice huge room and bathroom.
Aircon which was needed as in the middle of summer Kutaisi is very hot and humid.
Another huge Georgian breakfast which was delicious.
Davit helped organise a driver to take me to Kakheti pillar monastery and Chiatura which was a great experience.
Davit is a good host.

The place is beautiful, peaceful and so comfortable. The rooms and bathroom are very modern and have everything you need. The hosts are very nice and warm hearted people, that make you feel welcome from the beginning. Breakfast is great with delicious home made jam and the portion is very big. The garden is wonderful, the neighbourhood is lovely and not far from the place is a lake where I enjoyed swimming. All in all it’s a perfect stay to enjoy and explore kutaissi.
