The location is perfect, less than five minutes from the York City Park and Ride lot but on the north side with easy access to the Moors. The beds are super comfortable, even the sofa bed was better than expected.

We loved the pool table and darts board- we used these more than expected and it was a highlight of the trip. The beds were really comfortable and the house was well decorated. Kitchen was lovely and well equipped for our stay.
