Had a warm and friendly welcome from craig. Beutiful room with lots to do in the area.
Craig is pleasant and chatty. Found out what we liked and made recommendations of other things to do in the area.
Would recommend his breakfast as it was fantastic.
We will back to go to some more of the recommend places that Craig suggested like the forge.

Lovely quirky cottage with a good amount of space and a good garden. Tea, coffee, milk and biccies was a nice touch.
Easy walk into town away from the road on an old railway line and good access to the forest.
The staff where very helpful. The room was lovely and clean and had all the you needed. Excellent shoBreakfast and evening Meal was delicious. Location was ideal and a lovely little village.
Stunning location and lovely little holiday home. Clean with a well lovely little kitchen. Easy to find if you follow directions sent by K Suites and not the sat nav. Would recommend.
We loved everything about our stay here. The room was cute and clean (a bit small), the staff was lovely, food good as well. They are very dog friendly which we loved! The hotel is beautiful and historic and nestled in the prettiest little village. We will definitely be returning whenever we come to visit our welsh family.
Claire and John were great hosts. The rooms were clean with perfect linen, towels etc. The views, as promised, were stunning overlooking the river ,hand ferry and rapids. Sitting looking out over the river with a G&T couldn't be bettered. Breakfast was ample with everything you needed including the Full English. Having seen the other accommodation in the village, Wye rapids clearly the best option.
Cleanest property I have ever seen. John and team provided everything you needed to ensure you could maintain that standard. Lovely bed and bedding, kitchen etc.
Loved the location and the ability to walk to the river in a couple of minutes and the local pub.
The excellent village shop is a slightly longer walk but no issues - suspect no longer than 15 mins via the river etc
Having a car was very useful to visit local attractions which were in easy reach - Symonds Yat Rock / Monmouth etc
The room was comfortable enough and breakfast was fine. The location is superb with loads of great walks, even straight from the village. We haven't tried the hotel restaurant but went to the pub down the road which was nice and cosy; the food was great too.
