Lynda is great - a really friendly and easy-going host. The place is immaculate, and we had everything we needed. The surroundings are beautiful and there's plenty of space for the kids to run around. Ours enjoyed feeding the donkey and ponies. It's in a great location, just a short drive from Rye. The location was very close to an area my wife and I had not visited together. We enjoyed trips to Rye, Hastings, Battle Abbey. the Kent and East Sussex Railway to Bodiam Castle, the Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch railway, Camber sands, and Winchelsea. All of these places were within 40 minutes of the property, and most were a great deal less. The accommodation proved to be very comfortable and warm, with access to a paddock so our dog could have a good run in the mornings. Parking was excellent, with easy access from the road. The village has a nearby shop for all essential items.
