Room was big and clean, with lovely en suite bathroom. The breakfast was tasty (especially homemade bread and jam!) and the host was very accommodating, even when we required breakfast very early (and I locked us out later in the day!)

It was a pleasure to stay in this historic house - the friendly hosts made us feel very welcome.
Easy enough to find and sufficient private parking.
Large bedroom with seating area - well furnished and attractively decorated with view over large garden. Good electric shower. Very good breakfast.

I was able to check in early, and the room was warm and very comfortable. As the pub was closed the following day, breakfast was provided in a coolbag. It was very peaceful.
