What a superb place. Lovely host. Everything one could need is provided - and more. Many thoughtful touches. A BBQ, outdoor seating with blankets, first class iron. Milk provided. Wonderful location. All kitchen requirements. Excellent hot shower. Quirky upper alcove with bed was like a childhood dream but wonderfully adult appropriate. Top notch all round. Will definitely return.

Good location. No parking outside the property as it's a main road but plenty of side streets so not a problem. It was well equipped. WiFi was excellent all throughout the property and pubs shops etc within easy walking distance. Beds were.superbly comfortable. Owner communication was excellent.

Helen's breakfasts were excellent! Locally sourced sausages, bacon, eggs and all the other foods were fresh and tasty! This property is off the main road, thus very peaceful and relaxing. A great pub is only minutes away! Our room was exceptionally clean and cozy. This is an active farm, and we loved the sheep and animals nearby, with the big event being witness to a new-born lamb! If you enjoy hiking, stay here as there are so many trails to explore. Bath, Bradford, and many other sites are very close-by as well. Highly recommended!!!!

Large and comfortable apartment, also for a family with two children. The location is absolutely central, just a stone's throw from the grocery store, restaurants and cafés. The check-in and check-out process was excellent, without any complications. The owner uses the communication channels very well so that we had all the information available when we needed it and in a very discreet way.

Wonderful stay at Paul’s! He gave us a very warm welcoming and we immediately felt at home. The house was very comfortable and cosy. we loved our bed and room.
