Keegan, the desk clerk, went above and beyond in every way. I was a later in the evening check-in, but he dealt with me like it was the start of his shift. He assisted me in ordering delivery (due to my overseas phone number), helped me upstairs with my luggage, and even allowed me to use his adapter overnight. Keegan embodies service over self and goes out of his way to ensure the best stay for his guests. 10 stars of 10 for him.

Easy to find, 15 mins from daughter. Lovely house clean, the most comfortable bed I've slept in...meant to take a note of the mattress!..wifi was handy. Opposite a school but can honestly say was quiet and peaceful, the area was quiet, and easy to relax in. I would recommend this as a booking, they cater well for you...coffee, tea etc...is just like a home away from home.

We loved our happy stay at this lovely property. We had a relaxing, comfortable very happy time here. The house has a well equipped kitchen where I enjoyed cooking our meals and had these at the table in the conservatory. The dogs had also a great stay and were very welcomed at the property ( this made us feel also happy and relax) There are plenty of parking spaces at anytime, also the property has an allocated parking space at the side. We went there with 3 cars and always find space available at the front of the house (lay-by). The area where the property is was very peaceful and we had lovely river side walks ( starting just at the end of the road ) and admire the lovely green scenery and flowers. The area felt very safe and the property had a happy feeling all around. Horsham Town is just 5 min drive and it’s a fabulous town with a variety of restaurants, cafes and shops. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Horsham. We would like to thank the owners and housekeeper for our wonderful stay at your property.
