The place is amazing. We arrived late, and Charlie kindly went to the apartment to explain how to use the heating. We felt at home, the apartment was warm and with lovely decor. Everything we needed was there, including comfortable sofas and bed, as well as Sky, Netflix, and Wi-Fi. It is unquestionably a fantastic place to stay. It's also convenient that the owners live nearby in case you need help.

This property was so appallingly awful that we didn't stay in the property at all! EVEN THE OUTSIDE BINS HAD PADLOCKS ON THEM! There was a horrible small of cannibis as you entered the property. Inside the property had an horrible air of neglect with all the bedding & towels having been well used, contributing to the yuck unwelcoming feeling. The dining room table was well marked with mug rings. The shower was also leaking & in the kitchen the taps were lose & moved backwards & forwards. Not only did the property not feel safe to stay in, it felt unclean& unwelcoming, we didn't even want to sit on the beds let alone get into then & sleep there. WE turned around & left , we couldn't stay there, we ended up paying £1500 more to stay elsewhere & 45mins drive away as we couldn't get anywhere nearer but at least where we stayed we were safe & it was very clean & this made us happy, we could relax, enjoy ourselves & even leave our 16yr old daughter on her own in the hotel which we would ever have been able to do in this horriblly unsafe, unwelcoming excuse for an apartment! YOU COULDN'T PAY ME ENOUGH TO STAY HERE EVER!

Liked that it was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to a lovely store that has everything you need. It was just 5 minutes walk to your family whom we were visiting

We had a wonderful stay. Very clean and comfortable room with everything we needed. Just a 5min drive (or short walk and 15min bus ride) to the train station to get into Edinburgh. Nice, friendly host. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Edinburgh/Falkirk/Stirling.
