good location mostly. Cottage is quite old and wonky, with tiny stair case (not for big people for sure) and original features. Parking was easy, no need for keys as everything is coded - entrance and room.

We absolutely loved everything about the place! It was very spacious, clean, comfortable, homely and stunning. Roland was also very informative, attentive, helpful and also very flexible. I wished we'd stayed longer, everything you needed was there e.g shops and transport. If I go back to Bristol I would not hesitate to stay here again!

The property was peaceful, spacious, very clean and comfortable. There is a very large kitchen which is fully equipped. There was produce left to make breakfast and tea and coffee. Location is very convenient for functions at The Kendleshire golf club and not far from the M4.
