The house offers parking and a great location for Frome town centre for shopping , cafes, restaurants & bars. Communication was good. Check in was easy. Place was clean. Pool was great! Nice quiet location. Lovely pub/restaurant 3 minute drive away. Longleat 10 minutes away. Will definitely be coming again for longer next time.
Very sweet little place. Ideal for 2-3 but we had a family holiday with the four of us and it was lovely. The kitchen was very well equipped and it’s very close to a gorgeous castle and in a very friendly, picturesque village.
The cottage is located very near the ruined castle and is in the old, quiet part of the village. The cottage was exceedingly well equipped, clean and comfortable. A welcome basket with coffee, tea. sugar, biscuits was on the table and milk in the fridge. We were able to eat outside in the small garden, comfortable seat pads were also provided. The pub is very good and there is a small shop very near for papers and groceries.
Very private, charming little cottage next to the castle in this beautiful village. Spa shop sells everything with quality products very close. House is well equipped with good quality noticeable throughout. Public footpaths for walking all around and Frome very close ( we walked one day taking us 50 minutes).
