It's a great property, located in nice, serene farm location.... Property in itself is self sufficient and nice place for a family... it's clean, comfortable place. Loads of place for kids outdoors... and also outdoor has got wonderful dining facing wonderful views all around. Fe - the host is great and even though we arrived late (just before mid night), she was calling to check that we are ok and kept some milk and Welsh short breads in the property.

the aesthetics of the room once it got dark and i turned all the lamps on was sooooo cosy! this is the perfect place to rest after exploring - it’s right on the a40 but you can’t hear the road once you’re all tucked in, and it was a nice walk down to the nearest pub. ample parking for two cars. What a lovely place to stay. The owners were friendly, accommodating and made us feel very welcomed. The annexe is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped including washing machine and the car park is very wide. It’s very quiet and was lovely listening the birds. It lacks for nothing for a week’s stay. It has fantastic views from the lovely garden area at the back of the property by the entrance of the annexe. It is so quiet and peaceful. We loved it! We'll be back that's for sure
