Such a lovely cottage - loads of space and everything we needed. Great location, quiet pretty village, very short walk to the quay and pubs, and slightly longer walk to a small beach. Falmouth just a short drive or a ferry away. Caretaker was v responsive to questions while we were here.

The garden is beautiful. The views of the river from inside and from one area of the garden are amazing. Parking is really convenient once you realize it’s up behind the house, not on the street where GPS drops you. The cottage inside is quaint and lovely. Comfortable beds, all bedrooms are downstairs. Laundry facilities provided including a dryer which was nice! The kitchen is a lovely space to cook in and is moderately stocked.
