The flat was pretty much perfect as far as location and facilities are concerned. We had a little difficulty getting the key, as we arrived after dark and struggled to find and operate the lockbox and the outer gate lock, without light. Inside, all was well. The rooms were perfectly adequate and once we found the thermostat, warm. Only comment is that the floor creaks and groans as you walk on it. The bathroom worked, once we found the shower on-switch.

the property was conveniently located, had ample parking, and was spacious. We enjoyed having a kitchen and dining area for breakfast and lunch. The neighbourhood featured a wide variety of great local restaurants for our evening meals, and a supermarket was very close as well.

Great big house, perfect for a group. Short walk to shops and cafes etc and only £10-£14 on uber in Leeds City centre. Lovely peaceful garden to sit out in. Would definitely stay here again

It was simple , clean, good bathroom and served my needs whilst visiting my son at uni. Missed simple appliances to make a cup of coffee in the morning, Good bus connection close to centre etc. Would use again. Alistair
