The property is outstanding. Everything needed for a pleasant and relaxing few days was present. The photos don't do the property justice. It is so much better in person ! Further enhanced by the welcome hamper which included a nice bottle of white vino. The location is perfect for exploring this particular corner of Wales. A rural location but with a town that has all the major supermarkets a couple of miles away. We visit West Wales regularly and Little Oaks will definitely be first on my list when checking for availability.

Lots of nice goodies such as wine, biscuits, vintage cheddar, a welsh gift box and a well stocked fridge on arrival. Huge TV in the lounge. Every conceivable gadget, washing machine, tumble dryer, air conditioner in bedroom, toaster, microwave, Espresso machine etc. A very high standard of accommodation - probably the best holiday home we've ever stayed in!

A nice house with everything you need and everything worked. The bedrooms are upstairs and the stairs are steep. The location is quiet and yet very central in the south-west of Wales. There is also a small garden and the very friendly owner's horses sometimes come up against the garden fence. Wonderful!
