House was very well appointed with good quality items, extremely spacious and in a good location to where we needed to be, however, because of roadworks, not the properties fault, we were late for our appointment, what should have taken just over five minutes took over half an hour.

As described, we were going to Le Manoir and found it easy to walk down the road to it. Easy to find and very comfortable.
Property was spacious, lovely layout, everything we needed was in the property. It was in a lovely area, close to nearby villages, close to the woods where there were walks for miles but still only 4 miles from Oxford.
