The location was perfect for town and travelling to ther parts of Norfolk. The flat was clean and had everything we needed. The wine cooler would have been better as a fridge to keep milk fresh for tea. The fan was much needed during the hot week we stayed. We spent a lovely week there and would use again.

The comfort and design of the venue. Plus the host made it easy for me to attend slightly early so I can decorate for my gf’s birthday.

Second stay in the last few weeks. Nice to go away for work knowing the location of your stay for 5 nights is a place that is line a second home. Everything as the previous visit two weeks before. Great staff, cracking breakfast cooked to order and the room allocated was same as first trip so could not ask for more. Location is peaceful and everything you want in the village. Michaela, Carol and Jaqueline cannot do enough for you and I will be booking again when I go to Norwich area.
Location good. Quiet village. Staff friendly. Breakfast excellent. Very comfortable bed. Having a fridge and microwave in my room were very useful. Access to accommodation was easy, safe and secure.
The main question: would you stay here again? The answer is Yes. Big enough very cosy and comfortable, working fridge and TV, very quiet day and night. Access instructions were clear enough, supermarket in a nearby village, plenty of takeaways to choose from, not within walking distance but close enough (5 - 10min driving). Big enough bathroom, working shower. All in all, good value for the money asked.
Clean rooms in a modern building with friendly staff and plenty of parking.
The (full English) breakfast was really great.
There wasn't an evening meal but it is only 5 minutes walk from the village centre which has an excellent restuarant and pub.
We will definitely stay there again if we are ever in the area.
Very clean comfortable room, excellent breakfast! The property was very near an excellent bus service into the city centre, so no parking problems and there were shops and restaurants in the village nearby. It felt very peaceful and rural.
First morning breakfast was enormous (due to our poor menu form filling).Had a good laugh with Sean and staff. All so friendly. Situation great as we wanted to see as much of Norfolk as we could. Room perfect. Had great couple of pizzas for supper from take away in village. Wonderful break.
