Ravencar was not only great value and perfectly located but very clean and had good facilities. Helen was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her to make my stay enjoyable. I have travelled the world extensively and I can quite honestly say that Helen provides 5 star service. Breakfast provided a varied choice and was delicious. I even set up an agility course one day to train my puppy. I will definitely be visiting again.

Communication with the owner/agent was good and when we had a problem this was dealt with efficiently and effectively. The place was very clean although the overarching smell of bleach on arrival was a bit much. The beds were very comfy. Towels were of decent quality. The property was a base for us to do lots of walking in the area and served us well in this regard.Other people had commented that there was no salt or pepper or cleaning materials so I went prepared but there was in fact both.
