Location excellent.. 15min walk to lake windermere..
Hayley and steve were so lovely, such a warm welcome.. hayley had communicated days before with textes, emails.. even had a text day before saying we could get in our room earlier... cleanliness of the hotel and room we stayed in was excellent... lovely surprise for us in our room on behalf of hayley and steve..
Breakfast was excellent.. nothing too much trouble..
Bedroom staff was lovely and friendly...
We will definitely be going again ..

Hotel location is great with good parking and staff made us feel very welcome. Rooms were of a good standard (we had the suite in the attic) and breakfast was good
