Church Farm did not disappoint.
It's been beautifully decorated with lovely little touches like the radio, hamper basket, bathroom, etc.
The owner, who was very accommodating, greeted me on arrival and explained a few things to me.
She kindly offered breakfast for the following day, but due to me having a very early start, I said I didn't expect anything. She brang me fresh, own grown strawberries, blueberries, and cereal with some yoghurt to ensure I had something. I thought that was lovely.
I thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend a meal at the Manger pub just a short walk away. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly too.
The Old Rectory, Kettlebaston is located just 4 miles from Lavenham. Free WiFi access is available. All rooms have Egyptian cotton sheets, tea/coffee making facilities and free toiletries.

Food adequate, fish was over cooked, but gathered from friends the beer was excellent! Great outside bar area.

The location was situated in a delightful village - not far from our intended place of visit - and easily accessible from the A14 motorway.
The Staff were very welcoming, with an excellent breakfast served the following morning.
Coupled with their "Service with a Smile", the property was well looked after, with a good sized car park and lovely gardens!

Good instructions on location and finding the property. Keys were easily found. Apartment is tiled throughout so everywhere is clean. Toaster, fridge/freezer, full oven and hob + really helpful having the parking vouchers.
Location is great for exploring Bury St Edmonds.
