The location was very good. It was great having a pub so close and distance from the main town was good. Once we had managed how to work the heating the cottage was very cosy. Beds were really comfortable and the bathrooms were excellent. Great showers.

Everything!!! We have never stayed anywhere so immaculate…. Perfect interior design & impeccably clean. Everything is labelled making it easy to use and navigate equipment. Love the QR codes. Amazing location near to roundhay park and a row of loverly shops bars and eateries … the owners were incredibly hospitable. We will definitely be back …. Feel like we have had a real treat!
