Everything was fantastic they put banners up as it was are Wedding Anniversary. Hot tub was already warm and bought flowers that I had ordered to the hut when they arrived! Will definitely going back.

The glamping pod wasn’t what I was expecting, it was better. Absolutely fantastic place. I brought lots of camping equipment but it wasn’t Evan used due to simply not needing it. Kettle, towels, utensils you name it was there. Evan some games in the draw. All in all a brilliant place to go for a first date or if you’ve been a long term relationship.

This was our first experience with this hotel but it won't be our last. The Lawrence was very secure and even though it was self check-in it was sooo easy. We are an older couple but we felt very secure. We stayed in the Batley Suite which was fabulous and large but cosy. We didn't cook as there were so many good eating places and you are so very close to the centre, walking distance. If you are looking for a place to stay then look no further. Definitely 5*

Exceptionally high end finish, everything thought of including a dyson heater in the sitting room, tv in the bedroom etc.
Very comfortable bed, very clean, very modern interior.
Location is good,not far from the A1 in a peaceful village.
Dinner menu features local produce and is well presented and delicious . Staff are friendly and service was excellent.
Bed comfortable, high quality bed linen. Room size is larger than average with separate bathroom and wc.
The Lime Tree is located in a lovely village. Modern purpose built inn but in keeping with its surroundings.

Highly recommend. Stuart and Caroline's space was perfect - nothing lacking, down to the delicious welcome scones. Modern space, comfortable bed, great shower, kitchen for self catering, lovely lounge area. Caroline, Stuart and the gorgeous four legged Betty were very welcoming. The village is delightful and there's an excellent eating establishment 'The Lime Tree' few minutes walk away. Couldn't fault this lovely annex - best bnb we've stayed in yet.
The food was marvelous, out of this world. Full of flavours, created by a chef with a passion for food.
The staff were friendly and helpful, really made us feel at home.
Our room was ideal: a delightful bedroom, with en-suute shower room fully accessible by wheelchair.
Wish we could have stayed longer at this beautiful 21st century village inn. We will be back!
This is a very attractive hotel in a pleasant English village. Although it has clearly been built only recently, it has an 'olde worlde' air: in a sense, one has the best of both worlds. The room itself was spacious, and the bathroom fabulous. When we were able to access the full breakfast (not available some days of the week), it was excellent. And do book for dinner: the chef - who, if we understood correctly, was the co-owner of the hotel - really knows how to cook creative and tasty dishes.
Quiet location in beautiful village. Breakfast was excellent. Very good choice and well cooked. Bedroom and ensuite were very clean.
