WiFi and smart TV makes life a little easier, I believe Netflix was installed Nice to have an 11am checkout time Location is great on the outskirts or luton 2 Mon drive to a supermarket. We are a family of travelers and it was the First time for us staying in a family's converted outhouse/garage, and we were pleasantly surprised it was a lovely space perfect if you're going to the airport the following morning . We had our 3 & 4 year olds with us, and they had fun considering it was raining and couldn't go outside . They also slept very well on the pull out bed, which is a bonus . The hosts are a lovely family very welcoming. Very happy with our stay

For me personally, this option turned out to be quite convenient. I arrived late at night and didn't want to go to London that night. I stayed overnight in Luton, got to my apartment on foot (a little more than an hour and a half).
