Immaculate rooms, shower is amazing very powerful and easy to use! Even has a 'boost' button. Breakfast was absolutely great. Plenty of choice! Really nice touch. I didn't meet hosts but I recieved messages that led to a really easy check in Loved the alpacas and the walks in local area, we ended up at a pub in little Easton called the stag which was lovely.

I had forgotten to bring eggs for breakfast, Cathanne very kindly gave us some eggs. The photo on booking.com diffidently does show lovely Immaculate Barn is. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay – the room was comfortable and warm. The self-service breakfast was just perfect, as we had a very early checkout. The location is great, the pub down the street is very welcoming, and the fish and chips in Takeley are excellent. Can definitely recommend this location.
