This is a very well presented and comfortable cottage containing everything you could possibly need and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication with the hosts is excellent and they are keen to help in any way they can. They will spoil you with extra treats. We loved the on site parking on a flat street with good access and enjoyed the attractive small garden with table and chairs. Having a clothes line and pegs is a bonus. Flookburgh is quieter and easier to negotiate than the tourist hot spots yet in easy travel distance, we were pleased with this choice. There is a small convenience store, bring any major food items with you. The local hotel was not serving meals at the time so cannot comment on that option.

We loved it all. The extra touches like the games were excellent. Our son loved them. The caravan was spotless and beautifully maintained. Nothing was too much trouble for Claire. Anything we needed she was happy to oblige. The facilities around the site were excellent also but we spent most of our time at the caravan. Without doubt we will definitely be back. Would recommend it to anyone 10/10. There's plenty to do on the site but then it's great to get back to the comfort of the accomodation. A lovely site and lovely accommodation. 1st time we have stayed at this site and definitely won't be the last and there's no better setting than Rydal 14. It's positioned in a nice quiet spot but not too far from the entertainment, swimming pool and the shops and restaurants.

The property was clean and very well equipped, the kitchen was great and the washing facilities were very helpful. The Bathroom was modern and the bath was a great size. The main bedroom was clean and the bedding and pillows very good, the only issue was the TV, the remote had no batteries and the buttons on the TV didn't work great with it being older. I highly recommend this property and the value for money was brilliant.
