Fabulously appointed hut and outdoor area and really modern and clean private bathroom a few steps away. And loved the fire pit in the evening. Really friendly owner. We were there on quiet midweek so field virtually to ourselves
Our first shepherd's hut staying and feel unlikely to find one better equipt. Bought some chickens eggs there and they were the best

Such a welcoming and comfortable place to stay. From the moment we arrived the staff were lovely and helpful. The whole place was decorated with the Darwin theme in mind and it was all absolutely beautifully done. The facilities in the rooms were superb, well stocked tea/coffee facilities with an array of teas/coffees. Biscuits, mints, dressing robes, quality toiletries, hairdryer, iron. Plenty of hanging space and drawers. Lovely comfortable bed and everywhere was impeccably clean. We loved the lounge areas and honesty bar. The dining room is stunning, the garden too. Breakfast had a great choice of cooked food, all cooked to order. An array of cereals, breads, preserves, fruit, yogurt . Again the staff were so lovely and took a genuine interest in the guests and engaged, I would definitely stay again.
